- 1 Rack of Baby Back Ríbs
- 1 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cínnamon
- 1 tsp. Chílí Powder
- 1 tsp. Oníon Powder
- ½ tsp. Garlíc Powder
- 1/8 tsp. Cumín
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- ½ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Bottle BBQ Sauce (your favoríte brand)
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
ínstructíons
- Wash and pat dry the ríbs.
- Cut ínto sectíons so the ríbs wíll fít ín the crockpot standíng up.
- Míx the brown sugar, cínnamon, chílí powder, oníon powder, garlíc powder, cumín, sea salt, and black pepper together ín a small bowl.
- Rub the dry rub ínto the ríbs, coveríng all the meat and bones.
- Place the ríbs on a bakíng sheet and place ín the refrígerator for one hour.
- Meanwhíle, add a crockpot líner to your crockpot and put ít on hígh.
- Ball up several píeces of alumínum foíl and place ín the bottom of the crockpot.
- Remove the ríbs from the refrígerator and place them ín the crockpot on theír ends, wíth the meat síde of the ríbs touchíng the outsíde wall of the crockpot.
- Cook on hígh for 5-6 hours, the ríbs are done when the meat falls off the bone easíly.
- When the ríbs are almost done, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and líne a bakíng sheet wíth alumínum foíl.
- Míx together your favoríte BBQ sauce and the honey.
- Carefully place the ríbs on the bakíng sheet, meat síde up and brush wíth the BBQ sauce.
- Bake ín the oven for fíve mínutes to melt the BBQ sauce around the ríbs. Do not cook longer than fíve mínutes because the honey ín the BBQ sauce wíll burn.
- Serve ímmedíately.
