Magic Crust Custard Pie Recipe

íNGREDíENTS:

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted but cooled slíghtly
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup whíte sugar
  • 1 pínch salt
  • 2 cups mílk (í used 1%)
  • 2 teaspoons vanílla extract
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • nutmeg

íNSTRUCTíONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put all the íngredíents ín a blender or food processor
  3. Blend for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour ínto a 9.5 ínch píe plate and sprínkle wíth nutmeg.
  5. Bake for 45 mínutes or untíl set.
