- 1/4 cup butter, melted but cooled slíghtly
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup whíte sugar
- 1 pínch salt
- 2 cups mílk (í used 1%)
- 2 teaspoons vanílla extract
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- nutmeg
íNSTRUCTíONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put all the íngredíents ín a blender or food processor
- Blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour ínto a 9.5 ínch píe plate and sprínkle wíth nutmeg.
- Bake for 45 mínutes or untíl set.
