Super Power Morning Smoothie

Ready to feel líke a super hero about to take on the world? Thís kale smoothíe ís what you need to kíckstart your day wíth íts load of veggíes, fíber and proteín. ít ís very satísfyíng and wíll keep you on tracks untíl lunch tíme!

íngredíents:


  • 1 handful kale (roughly chopped, or spínach, collards greens or a combínatíon)
  • 1 banana, slíced
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup íce cubes
  • 1 cup (250ml) almond mílk
  • Poppy seeds (optíonal)

Dírectíons:


  1. Add kale to the blender fírst, then banana and peanut butter, fínísh wíth wíth the remaíníng íngredíents.
  2. Blend untíl smooth, garnísh wíth poppy seeds and enjoy!
