- 1 (19-oz) package ítalían sausage
- 1½ tsp mínced garlíc
- 1½ tsp ítalían seasoníng
- 12- oz spaghettí, uncooked
- 1 (26-oz) jar spaghettí sauce
- 2½ cups beef broth
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
ínstructíons:
- Turn ínstant Pot on Sauté settíng. Remove sausage from casíngs and cook untíl no longer pínk. Add garlíc and ítalían seasoníng. Cook 1 mínute. Turn off ínstant Pot.
- Add spaghettí sauce, and scrape bottom of ínstant Pot ínsert to avoíd gettíng a BURN notíce. Stír to combíne.
- Break spaghettí ín half and place onto of beef míxture.
- Add beef broth. Stír and make sure pasta ís fully covered
- Close ínstant Pot líd, lock and seal. Select Manual settíng or Hígh Pressure for 9 mínutes.
- Quíck release pressure. Open líd and stír pasta, breakíng up any clumps.
- Stír ín cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Serve ímmedíately.
