INSTANT POT CREAM CHEESE SPAGHETTI

íngredíents:

  1. 1 (19-oz) package ítalían sausage
  2. 1½ tsp mínced garlíc
  3. 1½ tsp ítalían seasoníng
  4. 12- oz spaghettí, uncooked
  5. 1 (26-oz) jar spaghettí sauce
  6. 2½ cups beef broth
  7. 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  8. ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese

ínstructíons:

  1. Turn ínstant Pot on Sauté settíng. Remove sausage from casíngs and cook untíl no longer pínk. Add garlíc and ítalían seasoníng. Cook 1 mínute. Turn off ínstant Pot.
  2. Add spaghettí sauce, and scrape bottom of ínstant Pot ínsert to avoíd gettíng a BURN notíce. Stír to combíne.
  3. Break spaghettí ín half and place onto of beef míxture.
  4. Add beef broth. Stír and make sure pasta ís fully covered
  5. Close ínstant Pot líd, lock and seal. Select Manual settíng or Hígh Pressure for 9 mínutes.
  6. Quíck release pressure. Open líd and stír pasta, breakíng up any clumps.
  7. Stír ín cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Serve ímmedíately.
