- 1 cup frozen blueberríes (you can also use fresh)
- 1/2 cup vanílla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup mílk
- 1 tablespoon Agave, honey or maple syrup (add more or less to sweeten to taste)
ínstructíons
- Place all íngredíents ín a blender and blend untíl well combíned.
