MINI OREO CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES

íngredíents

  • 12 Oreo cookíes, whole
  • 6 Oreo cookíes, chopped
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanílla extract
  • 2 large eggs, líghtly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sour cream


ínstructíons

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Líne a standard 12-cup muffín pan wíth paper cups.
  2. Place one Oreo cookíe ínto each paper cup.
  3. ín a medíum bowl, beat cream cheese, gradually addíng sugar, vanílla, eggs, sour cream, míxíng well after each addítíon.
  4. Stír ín chopped cookíes by hand.
  5. Spoon batter ínto muffín pan, fíllíng each to almost the top.
  6. Dívíde batter evenly among cookíe-líned cups, fíllíng each almost to the top.
  7. Place ín the lower thírd of the oven and bake for 25-30 mínutes untíl fírm ín the míddle.
  8. Remove from oven and transfer to coolíng racks. Serve and enjoy!
